Lino is a Founding Director of Blinc Capital and has over 35 years’ experience in the property industry.
Having started as a qualified property valuer, Lino gained extensive experience across all facets of property investment and has held Director, Chief Executive and Senior Management positions, as well as other key roles in funds management, property development, valuation, commercial management and agency.

His proven management experience in co-ordinating large teams of professionals to successfully develop business profiles has prepared him for any challenge.

Previous to his current role at Blinc Capital, Lino was integral in the development of the Aspen Parks Property Fund from its inception in 2004 until 2013, growing the fund to a portfolio of 27 properties worth more than $300 million, and managing 600+ employees Australia-wide.
